NMR runners participated in the Marathon Relay

NMR runners participated in the Marathon Relay that starts at Shasta Dam Visitors Center, continues on the Rail Trail and finishes at the Sundial Bridge. On January 20th Rudy, Tamara and Alysa completed the 3 part relay in 3 hours and 59 minutes, putting them in 52nd place.  NMR runners participated in the Turtle Bay, Three Bridges Half-Marathon which takes runners over three of Redding’s popular bridges – the Ribbon Bridge, Dieselhorst Bridge, and Sundial Bridge. California Team rides in “The Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic” to raise awareness and support for local non-profit Run For Courage, Inc.

                    In 1997, construction of NMR’s design of Chico State Nettleton Stadium was completed. This summer, calls for peanuts, popcorn and candy apples will return to the NMR designed stadium along with the professional, independent baseball team, Chico Heat.
