VA/DA Monterey Webcam

Marina, California – Residents and stakeholders can watch the construction progress of the new VA/DA Health Care Center via an onsite webcam. Located at the former Fort Ord in Marina, the webcam records the ongoing progress of construction every 15 minutes, http://webcampub.multivista.com. 2016 California Building Code Changes For Healthcare Facilities

Every 18 months, the California Building Standards Commission (CBSC) receives code change proposals from multiple state agencies responsible for recommending changes to the International Building Code (IBC) model code. The amendments to the 2015 IBC model code made by the CBSC are adopted as the 2016 California Building Code (CBC), and take effect January 1st, 2017. 2017 North State Cancer League Gala

NMR Architects Selected to Design VA Chico Outpatient Clinic

In early 2017, NMR Architects was selected to design a 53,000 square foot Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Outpatient Clinic in Chico, CA. The new clinic will double the size of the existing clinic on Cohasset Road which it will replace. The Chico VA Clinic project was awarded to a development team consisting of NMR and the Hamstra Group of Wheatfield Indiana after a national design competition.
