NMR’s civic studio is honored to collaborate with Shasta County to design and construct an Adult Rehabilitation Center that provides a safe and secure environment to advance the rehabilitation of adult offenders. The $22,500,000 project is approaching the construction documents phase. Peanuts, Popcorn and Candy Apples

                    In 1997, construction of NMR’s design of Chico State Nettleton Stadium was completed. This summer, calls for peanuts, popcorn and candy apples will return to the NMR designed stadium along with the professional, independent baseball team, Chico Heat. CASH Conference: “Building a Team for Success”

Dream It, Design It, Build It

Cloverdale Unified School District’s students will soon be able to dream, design and build models of wood, metal and plastic in their brand new makerspace. On Wednesday, September 13th NMR Principal Architect and Engineer Steve Gonsalves presented Butte College Automotive Technology students Aeris Knight and David Shippy with the “Leonard and Gloria Riggle Scholarship.” Named in honor of Principal Steve Gonsalves’ in-laws Leonard and Gloria Riggle, the scholarship is awarded to second year Butte College Automotive Technology students based on scholarship and financial need.  The Riggles championed education, and were integral in the founding of Butte College Automotive Technology program. NMR’s Block City

On Saturday, February 17th NMR Architect Mel Freilich helped future architects and engineers design and build their very own “Block City” at Turtle Bay Exploration Park and Museum’s Science Saturday. Children ages 3-9 were invited to design and build their own buildings with windows, doors and trees, and add their building to our mini-city.
