1967 Costume Contest

On Friday, January 27th NMR celebrated the firm’s 50th anniversary by holding a 1967 costume contest. Staff dressed in their most authentic and creative 1967 costumes in celebration of the year NMR was founded. Chico ER Features NMR’s Anniversary

On Saturday, January 28th Chico ER featured NMR’s 50th anniversary and the Chico office’s 30th anniversary. “Longtime Chico firm Nichols Melburg and Rosetto is proving its longevity. That “long time” covers 30 years, and the main office is celebrating 50 years this year. Based in Redding, the company grew from a two-person office to one of the largest firms ranked in Engineering New Record magazine, the company told me. Happy 50th Birthday from Record Searchlight

On Friday, January 27th the Redding Record Searchlight highlighted locally headquartered Nichols, Melburg and Rossetto Architect’s 50th anniversary. “Nichols Melburg & Rossetto Architects Engineers is celebrating 50 years in business this year. Starstruck “Battle of the North” VEX Competition

Congratulations to the Shasta High School Robotics Club on a successful Battle of the North VEX competition this weekend! Robotics club coach and event organizer Brian Grigsby hosted 13 high schools at the competition on Saturday, January 21st at Shasta High School in Redding, CA. Two of Shasta High’s robotics  teams will advance to the State Championship in February. NMR’s Preliminary Design of Vina Helitack

NMR was honored to be selected by the Department of General Services (DGS) and CalFire  to design the Vina Helitack Base Replacement Facility. The project is currently under review by the state. See the preliminary design of the Vina Helitack in the video below.

Mountain House Theater Design Becomes Reality

NMR’s design of the Mountain House High School theater, library, aquatic center, tennis courts and vocational education building is moving right along. On Wednesday, December 28th Tracy Press covered the construction progress. NMR is proud to partner again with Superintendent Nicholas, the school board, Turner Construction and our other consultants to make Lammersville Unified School District’s dreams a reality. NMR Sponsors High School Robotics Team

On Saturday, December 10th four Shasta High School VEX Robotics teams competed against 38 other Bay Area teams at the VEX robotics competition at Vanden High School in Fairfield, CA. The Shasta High team took 2nd place out of forty-two teams!
