A new campus was developed for Foothill High School in Palo Cedro, California to better serve the east side of Shasta Union High School District. The formerly undeveloped 110 acre site was transformed into a new high school campus capable of housing 1,500 students.
The development encompassed the complete range of project challenges. Environmental requirements dictated utilization of the site, budgeting requirements limited the scope of work and scheduling requirements demanded timely design solutions. The campus was created in six separate phases in order to maximize scheduling efficiency and financial resources.
