On Thursday, December 7th, NMR Architects + Engineers Principal Architect Michael O’Connor, Principal Architect and Engineer Steve Gonsalves and Otto Construction attended the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Monterey Bay awards banquet and received an AIA Excellence in Design Award for NMR’s VA-DA Major General William Gourley Outpatient Clinic located in Marina, CA.
