In February of 2016, NMR attended California’s Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH) conference in Sacramento.  As a CASH member, we thought we’d share some advice from a district COO, an architect and the founder of K-12 School Facilities in the panel presentation, “Building a Team for Success.” The panel shared about defining project scope, building the right contract and selecting a project team.
