The Dana Park Veterinary Hospital created a new home and identity for a local business with a long-standing history of providing quality animal care in Redding, California. This building features extensive use of day-lighting and a clear circulation system that streamlines veterinary care for patients and hospital staff. NMR worked closely with the Hospital owner through the entire project, from site selection and space programming to post-occupancy project review.
The project included a master plan to create a unified campus of medical office buildings for the future construction of adjoining sites. In order to utilize the most effective materials, yet meet budget constraints, NMR also performed a life-cycle cost analysis during facility design.
