Julius Cordes Elementary School is a comprehensive K-8 elementary school housing nearly 800 students. Like the other schools in the district, the school serves as a center point for the neighborhood. To meet the district’s rapid growth needs, the campus was designed in large part to utilize similar building layouts to the district’s Altamont campus but maintains its own identity using an architectural vocabulary similar to the nearby Mountain House High School campus. The campus shares the site with the district’s Professional Development Center.
