The Mountain House High School project represents what a motivated client and design team can accomplish. The project created a new high school campus for the newly unified Lammersville Unified School District, and included classrooms, science labs, a cafeteria, gymnasium, multi-purpose building, play fields, administrative offices and the stadium complex. The campus design and approvals were completed in just over a year, which allowed the district to open the campus in 2014 and remain in compliance with unification approval requirements. NMR made the expedited timeline possible through persistent communication between the district, design team, and approving agencies – DSA, CDE, and OPSC. The design team utilized a collaborative process with DSA to ensure efficient approvals could be acquired.
