NMR is experienced in sustainable design, with ten LEED Accredited Professionals currently working on several LEED projects for governmental, healthcare, institutional and commercial projects. As members of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS), our design team is committed to creating buildings that are energy efficient and provide a healthy, productive environment.

NMR is committed to sustainable design principles. Even if it is decided not to seek LEED Certification we will identify opportunities for the Owner to consider that integrates sustainable design concepts and materials where the budget allows promoting energy efficiency and a light impact on the environment.

NMR has in-house Sustainable Design Specialists who are actively involved with our projects from start to finish, contributing their environmental design knowledge to maximize sustainable design possibilities within our projects. These individuals lead the LEED registration and certification documents throughout the project to ensure that our projects continue to meet the established sustainable goals.
