NMR is seeking an enthusiastic marketing coordinator with three years of A/E/C industry or similar marketing experience to oversee the development of proposals, marketing and social media content, and client relationship management. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team and grow their skills in marketing and business development.
The Marketing Coordinator will work with project managers and technical staff to develop proposals and other marketing materials including presentations, resumes, and brochures. These efforts include research, customizing resumes and project descriptions, developing themes and strategies, reviewing and editing technical write-ups, writing cover letters and content, and coordinating the final production to ensure it meets all client requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly with a professional services firm (preferred but not required) – minimum 3 years, 5-8 years preferred
- Accomplished written and verbal skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Word
- Graphic design and content development skills preferred

ASSIGNMENTS WILL INCLUDE:
- Assists Principals in developing, implementing, and managing annual marketing and business plans.
- Develops and implements marketing campaigns in accordance with the firm’s marketing plan.
- Manages content development, including graphic assets from partners and professional photography. Integrates the content across multiple channels including the website, social media, print marketing materials and project sheets.
- Oversees updates to the web site, working with partners to identify needed updates, develop the content and coordinate with digital agency to implement.
- Maintains social media calendar, working internally to generate ideas and content. Manage engagement metrics across social media platforms.
- Monitors sources for RFPs/RFQs, identifies opportunities that align with firm goals and prepare submissions for response.
- Facilitates proposal process by leading and coordinating partners through strategic RFQ/RFP processes from initiation to final submission, as well as follow-up interviews and presentations.
- Prepares presentations for new business and/or recruiting efforts, including marketing collateral for new client or partner introduction meetings, career fairs, event sponsorships, etc.
- Coordinate’s participation in meetings and events by identifying relevant events, securing sponsorships/speaking opportunities, preparing event materials, signage, etc. and coordinating participation.
- Coordinate’s award entries, maintaining an annual calendar, and managing the process of creating submissions.
- Coordinates the firm’s community service engagement opportunities and participation.
- Assists design team with graphics for client projects when necessary.
