Project Description

The Dana Park Veterinary Hospital creates a new home and identity for a local business with a long standing history of providing quality animal care in Redding, California.  This building features extensive use of day-lighting and a clear circulation system that helps to streamline the process of Veterinary care for the patients and the hospital staff.  NMR worked closely with the Hospital owner through the entire project, from site selection and space programming through post-occupancy project review.  The project included a master plan for the adjoining sites to create a unified campus of medical office buildings to be constructed in the future.   During the design of the facility the life-cycle cost of the components to be used in the project were analyzed in order to determine the most effective materials and systems to be used, while meeting the budget of the project.
