Project Description

The Tehama County Administration Center creates a new identity and meeting place for the Tehama County Board of Supervisors. The building enabled several County departments to move from non-accessible leased facilities into a modern facility with extensive daylighting and a central location for all County departments to use for meetings. The project bid 5% under budget, and was completed two months ahead of schedule. NMR worked closely with Tehama County through the entire project, from site selection and space programming through post-occupancy project review. The project included a master plan for the adjoining sites to create a unified campus, as well as renovations to the adjacent Veterans Hall to strengthen the connection of all the buildings on the site.
